Anhinga Press, Inc. is a non-profit independent publisher that is run by three dedicated volunteers: Lynne Knight, Kristine Snodgrass, and Jay Snodgrass. We do not have any full-time paid employees or assistants, or an office.  We work from our dining room tables and our desks at our jobs.  We love what we do.  We love our poets.  

TO ORDER OUR BOOKS (BOOKSTORES, UNIVERSITIES, ARTS CENTERS)

Please email a purchase order (P.O.) to info@anhinga.org. Include an email address in the purchase order (accounts@bookstore.com, for example) for the invoice.

Please allow two to three weeks for processing and shipping.  We cannot guarantee the prompt delivery of our books otherwise. Orders over 35 books should be submitted three to four weeks in advance and will require 50% payment upfront.  Anhinga does charge for shipping.  You will receive an invoice for your order by email.  We do not fax invoices, nor do we accept faxed P.O.s because we do not have a fax machine. 

To return orders, email info@anhinga.org with your return request.  Bookstores that receive a 40% discount (small independent book stores) are not guaranteed returns. Returned books must be sent back within 6 months of the order.  We issue credit memos (not checks) for returns. 

Approved returns should be sent directly to Itasca Books.
